In post‑Dobbs America, The Cost of Care is a documentary in development by director Jen McGowan that follows reproductive healthcare providers as they navigate impossible ethical dilemmas and high‑stakes professional challenges, attempting to deliver life‑saving care within a confusing, often hostile legal environment. Against the backdrop of a slow‑motion crisis that threatens the entire system, the film reveals the human cost of rapidly shifting laws and policies.

LILLY (2025)

LILLY is a dramatic film starring Patricia Clarkson, John Benjamin Hickey and Thomas Sadoski directed by Rachel Feldman based on the true story of working-class hero Lilly Ledbetter, an Alabama tire factory supervisor who discovers that she earns about half of what her male peers do. Her ensuing fight resulted in the passage of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act in 2009.
